IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Associate Relationship Manager-PL. As an Associate Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the bank's portfolio of Personal Loans in the rural areas of Halol, Gujarat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers in the rural areas of Halol, Gujarat.
- Identify and acquire new customers through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis of customers to determine their creditworthiness and eligibility for Personal Loans.
- Cross-sell other banking products and services to customers to increase revenue and deepen relationships.
- Monitor and manage the performance of the loan portfolio, ensuring timely repayments and minimizing delinquencies.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer queries or complaints in a timely manner.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitors' offerings to identify potential business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Knowledge of rural banking and understanding of the local market in Halol, Gujarat.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
