IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Associate Relationship Manager-HL. As an Associate Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the Home Loan portfolio in the Sirhind, Punjab region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to generate new business opportunities
- Meet and exceed sales targets for Home Loans
- Conduct market research and identify potential customers in the Sirhind, Punjab region
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient processing of Home Loan applications
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Knowledge of Home Loans and mortgage products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
Additional Parameters:
- Fluency in Punjabi and English is required
- Willingness to travel within the Sirhind, Punjab region
- Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences is preferred
- Experience in rural banking and working with low-income customers is a plus
