Job Title Assistant Relationship Manager, MNC Business C&IB Grade Senior Manager / AVP Department Corporate and Institutional Banking Location Mumbai Eligible Employee Manager, Senior Manager & AVP Reporting To Relationship Managers
Position Purpose
To assist RM’s in the coverage of MNCs clients, sanctioning process, credit monitoring, documentation, meeting the desired portfolio and TAT standards.To also scope the market and generate leads.
Position Responsibilities
Sr.Key Responsibilities1 Assist RM to grow revenues, build asset book, contingents, and liabilities, and expansion of client base. Focus is on Digital Products, Cash, Trade and FEX. 2 Risk Management, Credit Hygiene and Documentation:
Performing Financial Analysis, Risk Analysis (Credit Memo) and Monitoring
Liaise with various internal stakeholders like Compliance, CAD, Legal for documentation.
3 Manage an independent book for coverage of multinational clients. Scoping the CRM for NTBs and lead generation. 4 Delivery of banking solutions in collaboration with other parts of the bank. 5 Work with product partners, compliance, legal and internal support teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
Qualifications and Experience Requirement
QualificationsEssential MBA from premier campus / CA ExperienceEssential 6 to 8years

Credit writing skills with comprehensive coverage of all risk related issues.
Ability to spot business opportunities including new MNCs entering India.
Business Lead Generation and Interaction with new clients.
Focus on meeting the MNC client needs for customised solutions on Digital Banking, Cash, Trade, FEX and Treasury Solutions. Therefore, ability liaise with internal product partners is the key.
Ability to work independently and develop rapport with MNC clients for deepening the relationship.
Strong communication, networking and inter-personal skills – verbal, and written (including report writing and presentations)
Representing the bank at various Business Forums and Networking Events including those with Consulates.
Coordination for Servicing Client requirements with multiple Internal Teams – Legal, CAD, TBG, Treasury and Branch.
Knowledge Working knowledge of:
Client business including working capital cycle and growth requirements;
Risk (credit / investment, operational, industry and general economy related, others) identification, mitigation and management;
RBI Guidelines, Banking products and procedures;
