The Associate Relationship Executive will be responsible for supporting client relationship activities, assisting RMs, handling client queries, and ensuring smooth execution of sales and service processes. The role involves coordination, documentation, client servicing, and basic financial product understanding.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Assist Relationship Manager in managing and servicing client accounts.
Handle client queries through phone, email, and in person.
Provide timely support and ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients for documentation and service-related requirements.
Sales Support & Coordination
Support the RM in client onboarding and profiling.
Assist in preparing financial proposals / investment forms / service requests.
Coordinate with internal teams for processing client transactions.
Schedule client meetings, calls, and reviews as required.
Skills & Competencies Required
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of financial products (or willingness to learn)
Strong follow-up and coordination ability
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Customer service mindset
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
Education & Experience
Graduation is mandatory
0-2 years of experience in client servicing, sales support, or administrative roles (freshers with good communication may apply)
Experience in finance domain will be an added advantage
