  • Responsible for leading a team of 4-5 account managers by regularly coaching & mentoring them.
  • Responsible to achieve or exceed the sales plan by maintaining existing business and develop new accounts.
  • Responsible to drive sales activities to close opportunities identified by him to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Responsible to develop, write, and execute a business plan for leading assigned territory and product workflow annually.
  • Responsible to develop presentations and customer proposals including structuring appropriate payments and contract milestones.
  • Responsible to Support marketing programs and programs in his territory as assigned by the Company.
  • Responsible for Managing consumables & Equipment business in reasearch Institutes/Hospitals etc
Desired Experience
  • Experience in Bio Pharma and Life Science Segment as a people manager.
  • Should have strong understanding of Indian Research Institutes /Biotech Markets
  • Responsible for delivering revenue targets for business area of responsibility and have budgetary responsibility for marketing spends in the region.
  • Should be proficient in tenders/GEM & relevant Government procurement mechanisms
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in Key Account Management
  • Excellent presentation and troubleshooting skills
  • Must have a scientific way of thinking and establishing concepts Good industry contacts
  • Willingness to travel 75% of the time region Team player
