Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Screening:
Understand job requirements from hiring managers and prepare accurate job descriptions.
Source potential candidates using various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, etc.).
Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate fit (skills, experience, salary, notice period).
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring panels and track feedback.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Selection & Coordination:
Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process to ensure smooth communication.
Negotiate salary and prepare offer letters in coordination with the HR team.
Maintain accurate records of interviews and candidate information in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Onboarding Support:
Coordinate pre-onboarding documentation, background verification, and medical checks.
Ensure all new hires complete joining formalities and are onboarded smoothly.
Act as the primary point of contact for new employees during the onboarding process.
Liaise with internal departments (IT, Admin, Payroll) for seamless Day 1 readiness.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related field.
6 months to 1 years of experience in recruitment (end-to-end).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and recruitment tools.
Familiarity with onboarding software and HRMS is a plus.
Exposure to bulk hiring or technical/non-technical roles (as per your industry).
