We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented hands-on recruiting personnel to drive hiring for technical & non technical roles. The ideal candidate will be actively involved in recruiting top talent for cutting-edge technologies.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions.
Execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement based on job description
Source candidates using multiple channels like job portals, internal databases, social media, referrals etc.
Assess the applicant's relevant experience, knowledge, skills, competencies and cultural fitment with the company.
Scheduling, coordination, and ownership of the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
Build strong candidate relationships & credibility to leverage referrals network
Submitting candidates' resumes for technical scrutiny and ensure an active follow up
Timely communication with the candidates and keeping them posted with updates on their candidature /interview feedback
Build a strong LinkedIn pipeline for the roles organization hires on recurring basis
Preparing & updating recruitment reports on regular basis
Keep abreast of industry trends and technologies.
Requirements and Skills
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in hands on recruiting
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in ATS tools
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
