Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals. Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other tech communities to source passive candidates. Review resumes and portfolios to evaluate technical skills and qualifications. Conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical knowledge, cultural fit, and communication skills. Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and company culture. Define job descriptions and develop interview processes tailored to each role. Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring timely communication between candidates and hiring teams. Provide a high-quality candidate experience by keeping applicants informed and engaged throughout the hiring process. Maintain and manage a pipeline of potential candidates for future technical roles. Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and offer acceptance rate. Facilitate offer negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires. Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless transition for new employees.

Qualifications:



B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA, or related relevant degree. 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in IT recruitment. Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and industry trends. Proven experience sourcing and screening IT candidates across various levels (junior to senior). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple openings simultaneously. Familiarity with ATS and other recruitment tools would be a plus. Passionate about technology and eager to learn continuously. Team player with a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
