Key Responsibilities:
Identify resumes and extract relevant keywords based on the company's current needs.
Source and screen potential candidates' resumes from job boards.
Maintain and monitor recruitment databases to ensure accurate tracking.
Evaluate candidates' credibility and complete all necessary documentation.
Keep all applicants informed about their application status throughout the process.
Serve as a primary point of contact, fostering strong relationships with candidates during the selection process.
A key responsibility is to initiate contact with potential candidates and guide them through IT-based Knowledge Transfer Programs, providing insights into effective internal hiring practices.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Freshers only).
Skills & Competencies:
Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and internet research.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Energetic, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
Ability to work effectively in a night shift and in a fast-paced environment.
Salary :
Annual CTC - ?1,80,000 per annum.
Incentives based on their performance.
Travelling Allowance is provided.
