About the Opportunity:


We are looking for a passionate and committed

Associate Radiologist

with a focus on

Ultrasound Imaging

to become part of our advanced diagnostic services department. This role is ideal for recently qualified radiologists who are eager to gain hands-on clinical experience and enhance their diagnostic acumen in a collaborative, technology-enabled environment.
As an integral member of our radiology team, you will contribute to the delivery of accurate, high-quality imaging services that are central to effective patient care. This is an excellent opportunity to build your clinical skills under the mentorship of senior radiologists while working across a wide variety of cases in a modern healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Imaging & Interpretation


Perform a comprehensive range of ultrasound scans including obstetric, gynecologic, abdominal, hepatobiliary, thyroid, breast, musculoskeletal, and small parts imaging.
Interpret findings and issue clear, concise radiology reports in alignment with clinical requirements and timelines.
Ensure optimal image quality, appropriate technique selection, and patient positioning during all procedures.

Patient Interaction & Safety


Communicate procedure details to patients with clarity and empathy, ensuring their comfort and addressing concerns.
Uphold hygiene, infection control, and ethical standards during every diagnostic procedure.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety protocols, especially in procedures involving ionizing or non-ionizing radiation.

Team Collaboration & Workflow Support


Liaise with referring physicians to discuss case findings and support clinical decision-making.
Work closely with radiologic technologists and administrative staff to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
Participate in multidisciplinary case reviews and clinical meetings as needed.

Professional Development


Attend internal case presentations, journal clubs, and continuing medical education (CME) sessions.
Keep abreast of the latest advancements in ultrasound imaging, radiodiagnosis technology, and evidence-based practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

Medical Degree (MBBS)

and

MD/DNB in Radiodiagnosis

from a recognized institution.
Up to

1 year of experience

in diagnostic radiology; fresh graduates with strong clinical internships are welcome.
Proficiency in conducting and reporting standard ultrasound procedures independently.
Basic familiarity with PACS, RIS, and electronic medical documentation systems.
Strong observational, analytical, and communication skills.
A patient-first attitude, professional integrity, and a team-focused mindset.

Preferred Experience & Attributes:


Exposure to high-volume radiology departments during internship or residency.
Willingness to work rotational shifts including weekends or extended hours when needed.
Demonstrated interest in academic engagement, such as radiology conferences or workshops.
