Position - Associate Quality Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

To review pending inspections of incoming materials/components and carry out inspections in time.
To study technical requirements against materials and prepare inspection check sheets as required.
Attending lot inspections at supplier premises as and when required.
Preparation and circulation of daily reports on inspection status.
Handling of non conformities, those are noticed during incoming material inspection, with supplier and collect Root cause and corrective action reports.
Coordination with Stores, Purchase, Engineering and suppliers for smooth flow of shift activities.
Maintaining inspection status in System.
To attend internal meetings.
To comply with the requirements of ISO 9001.
Able to carry out root cause analysis and identify corrections / corrective actions
Calibration activities of measuring instruments.
Conducted Parts Functional test & generate the reports.
PCB testing.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Knowledge on materials used in MEMS accelerometer / Piezoelectric sensor / Panels like Electronics components, Fabricated components, Machining components, plated components, Ceramic material, Chemical material, etc.,
Sound knowledge on Electronics material / Wire harness.
Knowledge on inspection of Mechanical components & plated components
Knowledge on inspection of Routers & Control Panels
Good Knowledge on Quality tools.
Good soft skills
Ability to work in cross functional teams.
