Hands on experience in - GMP & QMS Compliance: Minimum 3 Years.Good knowledge on Regulatory GMP guidelines

• Filling of Registration/Application forms
• Preparation of supporting documents for Registration/Application form
• Preparation & Review of Compliance Report for Audit Observations.
• Preparation & updation of supporting documents for Site Master File, Quality manual, Departmental objectives & its achievement., Minutes of MRM, Job Responsibilities.
• Ensuring that Products and manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and international level (e.g. Contaminants, Pesticide residues etc.)
• Key member for Integrated Management Systems (IMS) in combination to FSSC 22000, BRC, FAMI QS, Halal GMP+ and Kosher certifications.
• Ensures inspection readiness and supports/participates in customer and regulatory inspections and other internal/external audits and proposes CAPA's to address audit observations.
• Internal trainer in the Subjects of Quality & Food Safety for employees, food handlers and visitors.
• Key member for Integrated Management Systems (IMS) in combination to FSSC 22000, BRC, FAMI QS, Halal GMP+ and Kosher certifications.
• Ensures inspection readiness and supports/participates in customer and regulatory inspections and other internal/external audits and proposes CAPA's to address audit observations.
• Internal trainer in the Subjects of Quality & Food Safety for employees, food handlers and visitors.
• Responsible conduct visit to GMP cross functional department/contract manufacturing locations and to ensure ongoing compliance with approved SOP's / Procedures.
• Ensuring that Products and manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and international level (e.g. Contaminants, Pesticide residues etc.)
