Ensure the quality of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products meets established standards. Conduct PPAP studies for new components, Engineering Changes (ECNs), and improvement projects to ensure design specifications and industry standards are met. Identify Root cause of internal rework, rejections, and field complaints using quality tools. Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to resolve issues and monitor the effectiveness of solutions. Perform regular audits and lead continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency, reduce defects, and meet quality standards. Ensure all quality activities align with the requirements of the Integrated Management System (IMS).

Requirements

Qualification:

Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) - Mechanical

Experience:

5 to 6 years of experience in the manufacturing industry

Skills:

Proficient in SAP Quality Management (QM) module Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
