Trainee Technician
Reports into: Team Leader
Line Management Responsibility: No
Employing Entity: Mrald (Mphasiss dedicated UK Insurance operational services delivery vehicle)
Role overview
A pure transaction processing role aligned to the respective service line.
Responsibilities:
Transaction Processing
Update reports in a timely fashion
Ensure all department procedure documents are up to date
Participate in other projects and tasks as directed by the Team leader
Meet targets and SLA as required
