1. Good hands-on experience in solution development via Databricks
2. Good hands-on experience in Python / Pyspark
3. Good hands-on experience in RDBMS - SQL (MS SQL / SSMS / Azure SQL preferred)
4. Experience in Data Migration is good to have
5. Good communications skills (verbal & written). Must have good verbal communications skills and documentation skills to maintain work flows and dashboard functionality.
