Work towards subscription revenue growth by each agents by 5% YOY
Subscription Agents:
Expand Subscription agents portfolio by acquiring new agents
Renew contracts with the existing Subscription agents
Conduct regular calls/online meetings with agents
Subscription Customers:
Expand subscription customers portfolio by outreaching and subsequently on-boarding new institutes/hospitals/research centres/govt entities
Renew subscription orders of the existing institutional subscribers
Conduct regular calls/online meetings with both potential and existing customers
Email Communication and MIS:
Acknowledge all emails/communications from customers and agents within 24 working hours
Coordinate with customers, agents, internal teams and vendors to address concerns raised by the clients and agents within stipulated timeline
Coordinate with customers, agents, internal teams and vendors to fulfil the requirements shared by the clients and agents within the stipulated timeline
Perform regular follow ups with the concerned stakeholders for any open matters
Maintain tracker of all key Subscription related tasks and share weekly summary report with the Manager
Assist Publishing team with any Market Research assignments or MIS work as and when is assigned
Marketing, Promotion, Process Improvement and Innovation:
Work closely with Marketing team to perform various marketing & promotional activities through various channels pertaining to Subscription
Work towards process enhancement and implementing new process/innovation for better outcome
