Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle PL/SQL SQL Scripting Python Informatica PowerCenter TALEND ETL Data warehouse and Snowflake. Experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain is mandatory. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel requirements. Proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain complex database systems using Oracle and PL/SQL to ensure data integrity and performance. Create and optimize SQL scripts to support various data processing and reporting needs. Utilize Python for data manipulation automation and integration tasks. Implement ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter and TALEND ETL to ensure efficient data extraction transformation and loading. Design and manage data warehouses to support business intelligence and analytics requirements. Leverage Snowflake for cloud-based data storage and processing to enhance scalability and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for database and ETL-related issues. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Develop and maintain documentation for database schemas ETL processes and data flows. Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge. Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of Oracle PL/SQL and SQL Scripting. Demonstrate proficiency in Python for data-related tasks. Have hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and TALEND ETL. Show expertise in designing and managing data warehouses. Be familiar with Snowflake for cloud-based data solutions. Have domain knowledge in Property & Casualty Insurance. Exhibit excellent communication skills in English (Read/Write Speak). Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Display strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
