Responsible for coordinating district-level service operations, managing service engineers, ensuring timely product service, complaint resolution, and accurate service portal updates.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and assign daily service tasks to engineers.
Ensure timely service completion and complaint closure.
Update service tickets and closure details in the portal.
Engage service engineers in after-sales and sales support activities.
Maintain records of service reports and performance.
Liaise with the head office for escalations or spare requirements.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree.
1-3 years of experience in service coordination or field support.
Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
