About the role: The Project Management Office (PMO) at Pharmanovia is an excellent pool of passionate, fast-paced and enthusiastic Project Managers. We lead projects for various products by managing interaction with cross functional teams like Technical, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain and Contract Manufacturing Organisation. We love problem solving and we continue to raise benchmark by successful delivery of projects. The key to our success is our ability to create interactive plans, monitor and control through project management tools. This role reports directly into the Project Manager/Senior Project Manager, and will require excellent organisational, analytical and project planning skills to support project management activities. The department has an ethos of continuous improvement, refining systems and creating efficiencies. This, along with the rapid growth of the business, leads to a varied and dynamic working environment. Main responsibilities & duties:
Support Project Managers/Senior Project Manager in project management activities
Manage Technical Transfer projects within Pharmanovia
Carry out daily project-related activities including maintenance of project plan, in coordination with the Pharmanovia team
Plan, track and monitor technical and regulatory project plans to meet within the pre-defined project timelines, to meet business goals and objectives
Work closely with members of Project Management Office to adopt similar robust project management tools to ensure consistency in approach across the projects
Collaborate, and escalate if required, to stakeholders within the business to ensure key project deliverables are achieved in timely manner
Create and deliver project plans in alignment with the cross-functional teams
Deliver assigned projects from end-to-end to stringent timelines
Work on escalation and plan for mitigation action
Set up regular meetings for key project workstreams to facilitate knowledge exchange between team members and follow-up on actions
Hold cross-functional teams to account on actions on deliverables
Update and maintain project management tools, such as tracker, project plan, decision logs, etc on a regular basis
Organise and lead meetings both internally and externally, preparing agendas, taking minutes, recording action and follow up on actions.
Organise and lead regular connects with CMOs for project update, cross functional update, and issue mitigation
Report progress on projects on a weekly basis to line manager, and also on a regular basis to the Executive team
About you: Candidates with project planning experience in a pharma or corporate environment will be likely to have the skills required to be successful in this role. We are also looking for:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Project management certification (e.g., APM, PMP, Prince 2) is desirable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Great IT skills, including all MS packages: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
Well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders and work streams
Ability to manage workload effectively and to deadlines
Flexible, with ability to work on own initiative
Proven team player, with ability to work in cross-functional teams
Good interpersonal, motivational, leadership and influencing skills
Helpful and approachable nature, with ability to mentor junior employees and enhance colleague performance
Second/multiple language skills are desirable
