What You';ll Do
Avalara Professional Services is looking for an Associate Project Manager to lead conversations and gather the appropriate information for implementing Avalara software with customers'; Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), retail, and e-commerce solutions to support their tax compliance needs. You will work with the customer to better understand their business and lead a team of specialized resources to set up the different Avalara products on behalf of the customer. This is an excellent opportunity for you to join a group of professionals dedicated to exceeding customer expectations in delivering sales and using tax automation services.
What Your Responsibilities Will Be
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall planning, direction, coordination, execution, control and completion of assigned projects.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant partners and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Develop and deliver to customers a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Monitor client projects to keep projects moving forward. Report and escalate.
• Leverage and expertise to elicit requirements and document related business processes; propose/understand best practices for sales and use tax automation programs.
• Manage the relationship with the client, consulting team, Avalara partners and all partners.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Assist clients and functional consultants with developing and executing testing plans and procedures.
• Support the sales and account management teams in selling additional tax solutions and professional services.

What You’ll Need To Be Successful
Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with multiple ERP and e-commerce solutions with a focus on sales order/invoicing processes.
• Strong Ability to understand and conceptualize process workflow.
• Willingness to work in night shifts (5:30 pm onwards).
• Location: Pune (Viman Nagar)
