Associate Project Manager - Lifesciences - 9+ Years of Exp.

- Job opportunity in Noida who holds good exposure of Healthcare/Pharma/Biotech research, holding 9+ years of hard-core experience in research and advisory/consulting role in the research domain who is holding great people management experience as well. If this sounds exciting, apply with us!

- One with prior great exposure of Healthcare/Pharma/Biotech/Lifesciences/ Healthcare Research exposure would be preferred.

- One should hold previous exposure towards the Research and Consulting side of Lifesciences domain.

LOCATION: Noida

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. One would be responsible for expertise and experience in leading strategic business research and consulting projects, across industry verticals and/or geographies.

2. One should be able to independently engage with clients, and manage projects and teams, with senior management cover limited to strategic intervention.

3. Responsible for manage end-to-end execution of complex projects, including: Analytical planning, leveraging client email/call notes.

4. One should be strong with core methodologies of research like secondary; primary qualitative; primary quantitative.

5. One should be great in quality and productivity at a deliverables and output's, individual and team level.

6. One should hold great stakeholder management and team management.

7. One would be responsible for supporting business development efforts via client proposals and thought leadership whitepapers.

8. Helping in managing of internal and external resources.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. One will be a research/consulting professional with a thorough understanding of strategic consulting methodologies in Healthcare/Pharma/Biotech/Lifesciences/ Healthcare industries.

2. Strong verbal and written communication.

3. Excellent project management and people management skills.

4. Ability to structure and write high-quality reports and make presentations.

5. Ability to structure excellent proposals to obtain business.

6. One should hold great client management exposure.
