Associate Project Manager

with at least 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in

planning, execution, and delivery

of IT projects within timelines and budgets. Act as a

bridge between clients and internal teams

, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and delivered. Track project progress, identify risks, and provide timely updates to stakeholders. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Design, Development, QA) for smooth project execution. Manage

project documentation, reports, and communication

. Support in resource planning, task allocation, and ensuring adherence to processes. Ensure

client satisfaction

by handling queries, escalations, and change requests effectively.

Requirements

? Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

? 1-2years of experience in project coordination or project management (IT preferred).

? Strong

communication and client-handling skills

? Good knowledge of

project management tools

(e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).

? Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

? Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Good to Have

? Certification in

Agile / Scrum / PMP

? Experience working in an

IT services or software company

? Exposure to

Agile methodologies
