OSTTRA India The Role: Associate Project Manager The Team: The OSTTRA Technology team is composed of Capital Markets Technology professionals, who build, support and protect the applications that operate our network. You will have 2-4 years\' experience of Project Management to meet the needs of our expanding portfolio of Financial Services clients. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a team based out of Gurgaon and to work with colleagues across multiple regions globally. Responsibilities The Associate PM is responsible for supporting planning, executing, and closing of Delivery and Support projects. They coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets quality standards. Help document project scope and objectives and develop detailed project plans and schedules. Create and publish reports on project budget, resources, and timeline. Support the design, development, and implementation of delivery solutions. Capture and publish project progress, issues, and chase corrective actions as needed. Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior leadership. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and technical documents. Track risks and ensure contingency plans are in place. The ideal candidate will have 2.5-3.5 years of experience in project management, a strong technical background, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. A bachelor\'s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred. Project management certifications, such as PMP, are also highly valued.
