Job Description

Katomaran Technologies is looking for a Project Manager to join its development team. The person will be responsible for understanding requirements from upper management and customers, conducting daily progress meetings among the development teams, collecting work progress reports, and keeping a check on the progress. The person will also have to keep continuous interactions with the customer and maintain relations with them.Responsibilities

• Manage own work and the work of others while seeking and integrating input to execute more effectively.

• Keep others apprised of any changes/ updates to various workflows and communicate/coordinate effectively with team members to ensure continuity of work

• Manage both internal and external stakeholder relationships through clear and concise communication and reporting.

• Manages schedules, meets and adheres to development goals.

• Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment.

• Able to motivate teams, navigate in a changing environment, and lead change at the operational level.

• Able to build a network to facilitate cooperation, decision-making, and anticipate changes.

• Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external clients.

• Able to work as a team player and lead a team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or MBA with a minimum 1-year experience and passion to manage people.

• Good communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills and a sense of urgency.

• Strong analytical and negotiating skills.
