The Position

As an Associate Project Manager, you are expected to work with other GBS Consulting Project managers to support them drive key strategic initiatives for GBS. You will be assisting in various projects and leading some on a need basis. Projects could be cross-functional in nature, could be driving GBS 2025 strategy etc. You will be responsible for the following:

• Prepare project plans including projet scoping, design, validation and implementation phases and Project documentation (Case study, MoM, Memo etc).
• Monitor project progress and escalate risks in appropriate forums to ensure successful project completion and Track project meetings(MoM, agenda).
• Support GBS management meetings through presentations, driving the agenda, ad hoc analyses.
• Keep updated on industry best practices in the field of change mgmt., GBS evolution and transformation best practices.
• Support GBS consulting colleagues as part of project workstreams to drive key strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• You hold a master\'s degree with 3-7 years of experience in Project Management or Project consulting.
• Manage entire project end-end including project scoping, project plan, timelines, risks, challenges etc.
• Solve key strategic problems applying standard consulting frameworks and develop recommendations.
• Pro-actively solve project team conflicts, resource needs and requests
• Manage and take full ownership of outcomes, including follow-up and manage time, budget, and quality.
• Having an experience of working with a GBS (even as a vendor) is an advantage (not mandatory).
