Associate Project Management
Function: Engineering
Location: MRO BLR
Reports to: Assistant Manager Project Management Job Purpose
To support planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance projects by managing schedules, resources, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities
Support planning and execution of maintenance projects to ensure timely delivery.
Assist in project budgeting, scheduling, and progress tracking.
Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
Maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
Monitor resource availability, utilization, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Assist in identifying risks and supporting mitigation plans.
Contribute to process improvements and best-practice implementation.
Perform additional tasks assigned by the reporting manager. Skills & Competencies

Education: Engineering Degree or Aircraft Maintenance Engineering
Experience:
Minimum: 1 5 years in aircraft maintenance or planning
Desired: Experience with AMOS or similar MIS
