You have found the right teamAs a Project Management Professional in our Wholesale KYC Operations (WKO) team, you will play a crucial role in defining, refining, and delivering our set goals. You will be part of a global team that ensures the successful design and execution of high-priority efficiency and regulatory efforts. This role provides an opportunity to implement solutions to complex problems, manage the delivery of cutting-edge processes, and enable the firm to operate with maximum efficiency in compliance with regulations.In this role you will work closely with senior leadership to problem solve and drive execution and implementation of strategic regulatory initiatives. It necessitates excellent communication across diverse stakeholder groups, a can-do attitude and a thirst for knowledge.You will collaborate with a variety of internal clients and subject matter experts at every level of the organization and solicit and validate views from senior leaders and executives, and support business unit managers.Job Responsibilities

  • Lead meetings and presentations, at the operational and project level; work with program management to help prioritise work across impacted areas.
  • Manage appropriately sized project work streams, produce, and maintain project plans, business requirements and adoption plans.
  • Identify and influence the key stakeholders required to deliver the project work. Act as an escalation point for wider stakeholder issues to make all parties aware of overall project impact, facilitating management decisions at the earliest opportunity.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are aware and appraised of key developments; maintain living, evolving, documentation to ensure there is clarity of both the current status and next steps. Provide continuous feedback on plan status; ensure information is shared, issues escalated and addressed timely.
  • Facilitate and actively partake in requirement walkthroughs with SMEs and key business users, obtain, review, and understand project requirements so that you can effectively lead the project, assess risks and issues, actively help solve problems that may arise, and ensure robust solutions are delivered to meet the specified business requirements.
  • Grow understanding of the business, end to end onboarding process and stakeholder environment in order to actively shape the operating model and challenge assumptions.
  • Identify, document, and communicate risks and dependencies affecting deliveries; drive their resolution. Actively identify, manage & escalate Risks, Issues & Dependencies, whilst continuing to own mitigation.
  • Demonstrate effective controls around the introduction of change and or process improvements. Follow the prescribed WKO Change Management process.
  • Deliver process change to an agreed plan in a controlled manner, with alignment to milestones where required.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and streamline Governance and Control activities and then drive through changes to implement those changes.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Understanding of project requirements, project delivery process, business analysis, testing success factors, and implementation guidelines.
  • Solid communication skills, written, verbal & visualization, coupled with the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization, influence others & gain consensus.
  • Have great attention to detail, a naturally inquisitive approach to problem solving, and a very high-quality bar.
  • Ability to be flexible, work to tight deadlines and prioritise work.
  • Ability to work with large data sets and establish trends to form and validate process decisions.
  • Solid PC skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Understanding the KYC processes and associated KYC systems .
  • Flexible work hours in support of a global support model
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent, professional project management certification (e.g., PRINCE 2) or equivalent work experience with minimum 7years of experience.
