The Project In charge are responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects at the site, ensuring timely completion, quality control, cost management, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. The role involves coordinating with stakeholders, supervising on-site activities, resolving technical issues, and ensuring efficient execution of the project.
Skill Requirements :-
Strong knowledge of
construction project management
(planning, scheduling, execution, and monitoring).
Familiarity with
civil, MEP, finishing works, and interior fit-outs
.
Ability to interpret
drawings, BOQs, contracts, and technical specifications
.
Proficiency in
MS Project
, AutoCAD, and MS Office tools.
Understanding of
quality standards, safety protocols, and statutory compliances
.
Knowledge of
tendering, vendor management, and billing procedures
.
Ability to enforce
cost control, timelines, and quality assurance
.
Leadership to manage
site engineers, contractors, vendors, and consultants
