Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Creates and maintains product specifications utilizing Geometric Dimension and Tolerancing (GD&T). Utilizes Computer Aided Design (CAD) for configuration control preferably Creo. CAD data management tools such Windchill /PLM will be an added advantage. Should have good knowledge of sheet metal design and design considerations. Ensures application of company, industry, national, and international standards. Prepare models and drawings of simple to moderately complex assemblies and sub-assemblies. Basic understanding of Bill of Materials and Parts Lists for simple to moderately complex Assemblies. Comply with all related specifications in the preparation of product definition, including geometric dimensions and tolerance (GD&T).

Experience and Skills Required:

BE/ BTech/Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile Engineering or Equivalent with minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in design and drafting using Creo. Strong Mechanical Engineering fundamentals Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills. Able to work under tight time constraints to meet schedules and manufacturing deadlines. Flexible with ability to work in a fast growing, dynamic and rapid-paced workplace with minimal supervision. Drafting experience in sheet metal components. Hands on assembly/disassembly and fieldwork. * A willingness to learn, adapt and grow.
