Position Summary



The Project Coordinator will support end-to-end project delivery by facilitating communication, reporting, documentation, and resource management across teams and stakeholders. The role ensures projects remain on schedule, aligned to business goals, and delivered with expected standards.

Responsibilities



1. Project Timelines and Milestones : Ensure clear definition and regular tracking of project

timelines, deliverables, and milestones.

2. Roles and Responsibilities : Document and communicate individual team member roles and responsibilities throughout the project lifecycle.

3. Scope and Deliverables : Assist in gathering project requirements, defining scope, and

clarifying deliverables to ensure alignment with client expectations.

4. Communication Protocols : Establish and maintain communication channels within project teams; act as a central point of contact for project-related queries.

5. Status Reporting : Prepare and share project status reports; monitor daily progress and

escalate risks or blockers to project managers.

6. Risk Management : Identify and track project risks; support mitigation planning with project leadership.

7. Resource Availability : Track and report on resource allocation and availability for project

needs.

8. Client Communication : Support client communication by ensuring clarity, professionalism, and timely updates regarding project progress.

9. Budget Tracking : Assist in tracking project budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.

10. Change Request Handling : Document, communicate, and help coordinate the process for handling change requests, ensuring proper approvals and implementation.

Required Skill Set



1. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or a Master's degree in Business Administration.

2. Ability to articulate and report project updates in a clear and concise manner.

3. Proactive willingness to learn and continuously enhance skills and knowledge.

4. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.

5. Working knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar).

6. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle blockers effectively.

7. Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
