JOB DESCRIPTION The leader must demonstrate an ability to anticipate, understand, and act on evolving customer needs, both stated and unstated. Through this, he/she must create a customer-centric organization and use innovative thinking frameworks to foster value-added relations. As a leader, the candidate must build engaged and high-impact direct, virtual, and cross-functional teams, and take the lead towards raising the performance bar, build capability and bring out the best in their teams. By collaborating and forging partnerships both within and outside the functional area, the leader must work towards a shared vision and achieve positive business outcomes. Associate Program Manager Role and responsibilities: Perform analysis and assessments, develop strategies, and deliver roadmaps to consult with clients on their current digital analytics challenges, capabilities and opportunities. Develop measurement strategies that tie organizational objectives to digital measurement solutionsand communicate the value of solutions to a senior client audience Analyse large and detailed data sets in order to do advanced analysis and provide actionable recommendations using digital analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics Premium, etc.) across digital properties including mobile web and apps. Collaborate with web operation team to effectively implement the changes as per the recommendations and analysis results. Connect with clients for business requirements, walk through analysis outcome and come up with ideas for optimization of the digital properties. Provide support for pre-sales and BD opportunities by contributing in building collaterals and sales material. Technical and Functional Skills: Graduate in any stream + MBA (Preferred) with minimum 10+ years of experience in Digital analytics. Must have team handling experience. Specialization in Digital, Consulting or Analytics. Hands-on experience building hypothesis to drive business optimization. Comfortable with handling large datasets. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Ability to drive business inference from quantitative and qualitative datasets. Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the globe. Strong creativity, innovation skills to help develop offerings to meet market needs.
