Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Associate Program Manager - OT & Anesthesia
to oversee academic planning, clinical coordination, and quality delivery of OT and Anesthesia Technology programs. The role requires a balance of academic leadership and clinical insight to ensure high-quality training and compliance with healthcare education standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, implement, and manage OT and Anesthesia Technology training programs
Coordinate with clinical partners, faculty, and academic teams for effective course delivery
Develop, review, and update curriculum in line with current medical and industry standards
Organize and supervise hands-on training sessions, workshops, and simulation-based learning
Ensure students gain strong theoretical knowledge and practical competence
Monitor student performance, program outcomes, and implement continuous improvements
Maintain academic records and documentation as per institutional and accreditation requirements
Arrange BLS and ACLS training refreshers and certifications for students
Conduct periodic audits to ensure program quality and compliance
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
M.Sc. in OT Technology, Anesthesia Technology
, or a related field
Experience: Minimum 5-6 years of combined clinical and academic experience
Certifications: Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications are mandatory
Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage academic operations and lead teams
Familiarity with academic technologies and hybrid/online learning tools
Commitment to student development and academic excellence
Proactive approach to emerging trends in OT and Anesthesia training
