Associate Program Manager - OT/Anaesthesia
to manage and oversee the academic and clinical execution of the OT & Anaesthesia Technology program.
The role involves program management, faculty coordination, curriculum implementation, and ensuring high-quality theoretical and practical training for students.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and implement the OT/Anaesthesia Technology program
Coordinate with faculty, clinical partners, and academic teams
Develop and update curriculum aligned with current industry standards
Organize practical training sessions, workshops, and simulations
Monitor student performance and ensure academic quality
Maintain academic documentation and compliance records
Arrange BLS & ACLS training and refresher programs
Conduct periodic academic reviews and audits
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
M.Sc. in OT Technology / Anaesthesia Technology or related field
Experience:
Minimum 5-6 years of relevant clinical and academic experience
Certifications:
Mandatory BLS & ACLS
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Familiarity with academic tools and digital learning platforms
