Qualifications:
12-15 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on

Proven experience in managing large sourcing teams and delivering results in a dynamic environment.
Deep understanding of the tech talent landscape, including software engineering, cloud, data, and product domains.
Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
