Summary :
The HR Operations team is a strategic partner to HR and helps deliver best in class HR operations delivery. The position serves for Onboarding , Offboarding, Workday assistance , approvals and validations and query resolution to R1 employees. The incumbent is expected to maintain high levels of business acumen for the business line supported its culture, competition, and financial and operational objectives.
The incumbent is also expected to drive and implement HR initiatives to increase organizational effectiveness, build capability and talent of workforce and team, and lead strategy and tactics to positively impact overall business performance and HR metrics
The role also requires strong partnerships across HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees by assessing and anticipating HR-related needs and creating integrated solutions
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Perform & supervise various administrative & specialized HR Operations tasks on Workday from hire to retire
Ensure validation and timely approval of activities related to employee life cycle in Workday (HRMS)
Participate in Workday design sessions, configuration, UAT and rollout
E2E responsibility of Background Verification completion by vendor
Represent HR Operations in weekly handshake session and new hire orientation sessions
Regular governance with supplier and key stakeholders in HR
MIS and decipher meaningful information to assist management decision making
Ensure adherence to SOP by direct reports, vendors, employees & manage escalation
Point of contact for the location related compliance
Key Competence
Min. 5-6 years of HR experience (preferably HR Operations / HR Administrator).
Experience in Workday is mandatory -min 3 years (including administrative, UAT experience)
Experience in high volume transaction-based HR Operations setup. Ability to prioritize, execute programs and transactions in a fast-paced environment.
Working knowledge on both labour and statutory complainces.
