Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and competent
Associate Program Manager - Dialysis Technology
to support the academic operations of our Dialysis Technology program. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dialysis Technology (or a related discipline), along with 2-3 years of relevant clinical and academic experience.
Key Responsibilities
Support the management of academic operations for the Dialysis Technology program.
Assist in curriculum delivery and update course content in line with current industry standards.
Coordinate with faculty, guest lecturers, and clinical trainers for smooth course execution.
Monitor student academic performance and conduct evaluations.
Oversee practical training, internships, and clinical sessions in hospital or laboratory settings.
Maintain academic records, documentation, and student feedback.
Organize workshops, seminars, and guest lectures as needed.
Ensure program quality and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with industry partners and academic associations to enhance program outcomes.
Qualifications
Education:
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Dialysis Technology or related allied health discipline.
Experience:
2-3 years of relevant clinical and teaching experience in dialysis care.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
Passion for training and mentoring healthcare students.
Familiarity with modern dialysis equipment, procedures, and patient care protocols.
