Research & Opportunity Mapping- Deep dive into the bus operator ecosystem (behavioural + logical insights)- Identify gaps and whitespace for engagement opportunities2. Brand Strategy & Narrative Building- Create messaging, storytelling, and content formats- Strengthen trust and long-term engagement3.
