B.Pharm and M.Pharm from a PCI-recognized institution
Ph.D. preferred but not mandatory
Experience:
Minimum
4 years
teaching/research experience
Must have completed 3 years at Assistant Professor level
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct theory and practical classes at UG/PG levels
Guide research projects, student seminars, and academic clubs
Assist in curriculum revision and quality assurance work
Supervise Assistant Professors and Lecturers
Support accreditation and documentation activities
Coordinate department labs, equipment, and academic records
