Ph.D. in Commerce / Management from a recognized university
Master's degree in Commerce / Management with minimum 60% marks
Graduation in relevant discipline is mandatory
Minimum 2-3 years of post-Ph.D. teaching/research experience as Associate Professor (as per UGC norms)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Teaching UG/PG courses in Commerce and Management
Guiding research scholars and supervising projects
Publishing research in reputed journals
Academic planning, curriculum development, and institutional activities
Salary Range:
?70,000 to ?1,50,000 per month (Based on interview performance, prior experience, and current salary)
