Position: Associate Professor - (Specialization: Online MBA / Computer Science)

Location: Pune

About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished and motivated Associate Professor to join our academic team in the areas of Online MBA and Computer Science. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise, research credentials, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students in a digital-first learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and online sessions for postgraduate/graduate students.

Supervise student projects, dissertations, and research work.

Develop and update course curriculum aligned with current industry trends.

Publish high-quality research in peer-reviewed journals and present at academic conferences.

Mentor junior faculty and guide PhD/M.Phil. scholars.

Contribute to accreditation processes, quality assurance, and academic administration.

Collaborate with industry and academic peers to enhance program relevance and innovation.

Qualification & Experience

PhD in Management / Business Administration (for MBA) OR Computer Science / IT (for CS) from a recognized university.

Minimum 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience, with at least 3 years at the Assistant Professor level.

Strong record of publications in reputed journals (UGC/Scopus/SCI listed preferred).

Proven experience in online/blended learning methodologies will be an advantage.

Demonstrated ability in research guidance, funded projects, or curriculum innovation.

Skills Required

Strong subject matter expertise in specialization area.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency in digital learning tools, LMS platforms, and online teaching.

Research-oriented mindset with evidence of scholarly contribution.

Leadership and mentoring skills.

Compensation

As per UGC norms / competitive salary, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
