Associate Professor - Research and Publication

. The candidate should demonstrate academic excellence, a proven research track record, and a strong commitment to guiding research scholars and enhancing the institution's research ecosystem. The position is critical to advancing the institution's research output and reputation at the national and international levels.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct high-quality, original research and publish regularly in

Scopus-indexed

and

ABDC 'A'/'B' category

journals. Ensure a minimum annual research output of the institute as decided by the institute from time to time. Guide and supervise doctoral candidates. Initiate, manage, and execute externally funded

research projects

in alignment with institutional goals. Organize and actively participate in

national/international seminars, conferences, workshops

, and symposia. Conduct capacity-building programs and workshops in

research methodology

, academic writing, and

data analytics

.

Eligibility Criteria:

Ph.D. in Management / Business Administration / Economics / Data Analytics

or relevant discipline.

Minimum of 8 years

of teaching/research/industry experience in a recognized academic/research institution. Proven record of

quality research publications

in reputed journals (4 Scopus Indexed or, 'A' & 'B' publications). Successful track record of

Ph.D. supervision

(minimum two scholars completed).

Technical Proficiency and Skills

Advanced working knowledge of:

SPSS 24, AMOS, SEM-OPLS

XL-Tableau, Power BI, and R

Expertise in

quantitative and qualitative research methods

and

statistical modeling

. Strong academic writing and oral communication skills. Ability to function in a

collaborative, interdisciplinary environment
