Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced

Associate Professor - Nursing

to join our esteemed faculty. The candidate must have a strong academic foundation with a total of 8 years of professional experience after M.Sc. (Nursing), including a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience. The role involves delivering lectures, mentoring students, engaging in research, and contributing to the academic and professional development of the department.

Essential Qualification:

M.Sc. in Nursing (Mandatory)

Experience Requirements:

Total 8 years of experience with M.Sc. (Nursing) Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in Nursing

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver lectures and practical sessions to undergraduate and postgraduate Nursing students Design and implement effective teaching-learning strategies Supervise and guide student research work, assignments, and clinical practice Participate in curriculum planning, academic reviews, and internal audits Collaborate on departmental and institutional initiatives to improve educational standards Contribute to academic research, conferences, seminars, and publications Assist in faculty mentoring, administrative responsibilities, and accreditation processes
