Key Responsibilities:
Deliver lectures and practical sessions to undergraduate and postgraduate Nursing students
Design and implement effective teaching-learning strategies
Supervise and guide student research work, assignments, and clinical practice
Participate in curriculum planning, academic reviews, and internal audits
Collaborate on departmental and institutional initiatives to improve educational standards
Contribute to academic research, conferences, seminars, and publications
Assist in faculty mentoring, administrative responsibilities, and accreditation processes
