Role Overview:

The Associate Professor - Nursing is a key academic role within the faculty, responsible for delivering high-quality education and practical training in nursing. The role encompasses teaching, academic coordination, clinical mentorship, and participation in institutional development. The Associate Professor will lead assigned student batches, oversee their academic and practical progress, and provide comprehensive support in both theoretical instruction and clinical exposure. This role also involves collaboration with healthcare professionals, contributing to wellness initiatives, and actively participating in academic governance through committees and departmental meetings. The Associate Professor plays a vital part in shaping the future nursing workforce by providing academic guidance and career mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

o The Associate Professor will be responsible for engaging and delivering effective lectures and practical sessions in nursing courses.o The Associate Professor will be responsible for Assigned Batch as Coordinator, Planning for the Specific Batch in Both Theory and Practical.o Conducting assessments and mentor students during their clinical Posting, ensuring they gain hands-on experience and develop essential nursing skills.o The Associate Professor will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support overall health and wellness initiatives at the university.o Provide academic and career guidance to nursing students, helping them to achieve their educational and professional goals.o Participate in faculty meetings, committees, and other departmental activities

Qualifications & Skills Required:o

Master's degree in Nursing (, Medical Surgical, , Psychiatric, OBG), or a related fieldo Experience in Education and Counselingo Strong knowledge of Nursing principles and practiceso Excellent communication skillso Ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audienceso Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionalso Experience in conducting assessments and creating best practices
