Roles & Responsibilities

? Deliver advanced courses in Marketing at postgraduate and executive education levels.

? Take leadership in curriculum development, accreditation processes, and program enhancement.

? Supervise Ph.D. and postgraduate dissertations, ensuring high-quality research output.

? Publish consistently in high-impact international journals (Scopus/ABDC indexed, preferably A/B ranked).

? Develop industry linkages and lead consultancy, training, and research collaborations.

? Mentor junior faculty members and contribute to capacity building within the department.

? Actively participate in academic administration, policy-making, and institutional development initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

? Ph.D. in Marketing / Management with specialization in Marketing from a recognized university.

? Minimum 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience of which at least 3 years at the level of Assistant Professor or equivalent.

? Strong research record with publications in high-quality peer-reviewed journals.

? Evidence of successful supervision of doctoral/postgraduate students.

? Demonstrated ability to attract research funding and engage in consultancy.

? Proven academic leadership, networking ability, and contribution to institution-building.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
