Job Summary:

Srusti Academy invites applications for the post of

Associate Professor - Marketing

. The ideal candidate must have a strong academic background in Marketing and demonstrated excellence in teaching, research, and academic leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide Ph.D. and postgraduate students in research and dissertations. Lead or participate in externally funded research and consultancy projects. Contribute to institutional accreditation, academic audits, curriculum development, and strategic planning.

Eligibility Criteria:

MBA or equivalent degree, with a Ph.D. in Marketing or Management from a recognized University. Minimum of 2 years of post-Ph.D. teaching experience. At least 4 quality publications in reputed journals like ABDC, SCOPUS, etc.
