We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced

Associate Professor in Management

to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong subject knowledge, proven teaching experience, and the ability to guide students through contemporary business and management concepts. The role includes teaching, research, curriculum development, mentoring, and contributing to departmental growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Academic Delivery

Deliver high-quality lectures in Management subjects such as Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations, Entrepreneurship, Business Strategy, and related areas. Prepare lesson plans, course materials, case studies, and assessments aligned with the curriculum. Conduct classroom teaching, seminars, workshops, and experiential learning activities. Evaluate student performance and provide academic guidance.

Research & Publications

Conduct independent and collaborative research in relevant management domains. Publish papers in UGC-Care / Scopus / peer-reviewed journals. Present research at national/international conferences. Guide students in research projects and dissertations.

Academic Leadership & Mentoring

Mentor students on academic, career, and professional development. Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research projects. Assist in faculty development, departmental planning, and academic committees.

Curriculum Development

Contribute to syllabus revision, academic innovation, and incorporation of industry requirements. Develop new electives, value-added courses, and academic initiatives.

Institutional Contribution

Participate in accreditation processes (NAAC/NBA). Support institutional events, seminars, conferences, and outreach activities. Work collaboratively with peers for continuous improvement of teaching standards.

Required Qualifications

Ph.D. in Management

A strong record of research publications in reputable journals. Proven experience in handling UG/PG management courses.

Preferred Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong academic writing and research skills. Expertise in case-based teaching and outcome-based education (OBE). Ability to integrate real-world business examples into classroom delivery. Proficiency in digital learning tools and LMS platforms.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
