Position:

Associate Professor

Essential Qualification:

M.Sc. (Nursing)

Experience:

A minimum of 8 years of experience, including at least 5 years of teaching experience after M.Sc. (Nursing).

Desirable:

Ph.D. (Nursing)

Key Responsibilities:

Teaching Excellence:

Deliver engaging, evidence-based lectures and facilitate hands-on clinical training. Foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills among students, preparing them to excel in healthcare settings.

Mentorship and Student Support:

Guide students in academic projects, clinical research, and skill development. Provide personalized mentorship to support their academic and career goals.
3.

Curriculum Development:

Contribute to the design and implementation of innovative and student-centric nursing curricula. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure alignment with current healthcare trends and educational standards.
4.

Research and Innovation:

Encourage and mentor students in nursing research and evidence-based practice. Pursue personal research initiatives, contributing to the academic community through publications and presentations.
5.

Institutional Growth:

Support the college's vision by participating in committees, outreach programs, and strategic planning. Promote community engagement through health camps, awareness drives, and collaborative initiatives.
6.

Quality and Compliance:

Ensure adherence to academic standards and guidelines set by

Maharashtra University of Health Sciences

. Employ innovative assessment techniques to evaluate and enhance student learning outcomes.
