Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Learning

Deliver undergraduate, diploma, pre-university, and postgraduate courses as per curriculum Apply effective and innovative teaching methodologies, including blended and experiential learning Prepare and update teaching materials, lesson plans, assessments, and learning resources Maintain academic standards and classroom discipline
Curriculum & Academic Development

Participate actively in curriculum design, review, and implementation in line with regulatory requirements Introduce industry-oriented, practical, and research-based components into teaching Support academic planning, scheduling, and departmental initiatives
Student Mentoring & Evaluation

Mentor students for academic excellence, research projects, internships, and career planning Conduct evaluations through examinations, assignments, projects, and practical assessments Guide students in research, innovation, and professional ethics
Research & Scholarly Activities

Conduct independent and collaborative research in the relevant discipline Publish research papers in recognized journals and conferences Apply for research funding, grants, and sponsored projects Participate in and organize conferences, workshops, FDPs, and seminars
Faculty Leadership & Development

Assist in mentoring junior faculty members and teaching staff Contribute to faculty development programs and academic best practices Support departmental leadership in achieving academic and research goals
Administrative & Institutional Responsibilities

Serve on academic, examination, accreditation, and quality assurance committees Assist in NAAC / NBA / regulatory compliance and documentation Support admissions, examinations, audits, and institutional activities
Industry / Community Engagement (as applicable)

Build collaborations with industry, healthcare institutions, laboratories, or professional bodies Facilitate industrial training, internships, hospital postings, or field exposure Participate in community outreach, extension, and skill development initiatives
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
