- Associate Professor in Management
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Professor in Management to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for teaching management subjects, guiding research, contributing to academic development, and supporting the institution's growth through high-quality teaching and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Teach undergraduate and postgraduate management courses such as HR, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Strategy.
Develop curriculum plans, lesson content, case studies, and evaluation methods.
Guide students in research projects, dissertations, and academic presentations.
Conduct seminars, workshops, and guest lectures to enhance student learning.
Publish high-quality research papers and participate in academic conferences.
Mentor junior faculty and contribute to departmental academic planning.
Engage in institutional development activities and accreditation processes.
Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and maintain academic records.
Collaborate with industry partners for academic tie-ups, internships, and training programs.
Ensure high academic standards and contribute to continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
Ph.D. in Management or related disciplines (mandatory as per UGC norms).
Minimum 5-8 years of teaching experience at a recognized institution.
Strong subject expertise in core management areas.
Proven track record of research publications in reputed journals.
Excellent communication, teaching methodology, and classroom engagement skills.
Preferred Skills
Ability to integrate case-based and experiential learning methods.
Familiarity with digital teaching tools and LMS platforms.
Strong mentoring, leadership, and academic advisory skills.
Experience in handling NAAC/NBA or other accreditation processes.
Industry exposure or consultancy experience is an added advantage.
