Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic

Associate professor & HOD

member who can lead classroom delivery, curriculum development, and student mentorship in Full Stack Development (MERN specialization).
The ideal candidate is passionate about teaching and has deep technical expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver interactive classroom sessions on MERN Stack technologies including front-end, back-end, database, and deployment concepts. Handle academic delivery for:

B.Tech - Full Stack Development (MERN)

BCA - Full Stack Development (MERN)

Design, review, and update MERN curriculum aligned with current industry trends. Conduct hands-on coding workshops, hackathons, and technical masterclasses on: React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB RESTful APIs, Microservices JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Git/GitHub Deployment on AWS / Render / Vercel Mentor students on internships, capstone projects, and career readiness. Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide 1:1 technical support to learners. Evaluate assignments, projects, and practical examinations as per university/partner guidelines. Maintain academic documentation and adhere to university norms. Collaborate with Academic Heads, Deans, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality academic delivery.

Must-Have Competencies

Strong expertise in the

MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)

. Excellent understanding of JavaScript fundamentals and modern web technologies. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse learning groups. Strong communication, responsiveness, and mentoring skills. Ethical professionalism and alignment with CollegeDekho's mission to empower students. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?1,400,000.00 per year
